Robert Palley

Robert Palley is a co-founder and partner at Granite Realty Partners, LLC, in Chicago, Illinois. Since establishing the real estate investment and development firm in 1998, he has supported the purchase and development of more than $750 million in property. In his leadership role at the firm, Robert Palley manages matters of capital structuring, as well as the sourcing of potential acquisition and development opportunities for the Granite Realty team. He previously served in a similar role for more than 6 years as vice president of Jupiter Realty Corporation, a retail property firm in Chicago.
